Senior Director of Sales (United States)

Location: In-office, hybrid, or remote. Requires regular visits to headquarters in Beverly, Massachusetts. Candidate location in the Greater Boston Area is a plus. 
Description: Responsible for managing and expanding the current sales team to achieve rapid revenue growth, market development, and high customer satisfaction in the United States. This individual will be responsible for ongoing training, motivating, supporting, and monitoring of account managers; developing and meeting sales goals that are a stretch; and, personally developing and managing strategic and house accounts.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a regional or national sales manager (of total 10+ years’ experience in sales) building and directly managing teams of sales representatives for innovative life sciences capital equipment. Strong experience and ability to effectively launch and build market share for new and recently introduced innovative life sciences instruments is required.

Director of Product Marketing Management, Live Cell
Imaging

Territory: United States
Location: In-office, hybrid or remote. Requires regular visits to headquarters in Beverly, Massachusetts. Candidate location in the Greater Boston Area is a plus.
Description: Responsible for development and implementation of product management and product positioning for live cell imaging instruments and software. This is a broad role working with the engineering, software, R&D, cell culture lab, and the commercial team to achieve rapid revenue growth.
Requirements: 5+ years of product management and marketing experience in life science capital instruments. Strong experience and ability to effectively launch and build market share for new and recently introduced innovative life sciences instruments is required.

Technical Accounts Manager, Live Cell Imaging (New
England)

Territory: New England
Location: In-Office, hybrid or remote
Description: Responsible for Thrive Bioscience’s sales activities in the New England region of the U.S., with the opportunity for accounts outside the territory. This job focuses on the development of new accounts for Thrive’s innovative products for live cell imaging. It requires a passion to improve our customers’ research, very strong prospecting skills, and excellent direct selling skills.
Requirements: 5+ years of instrument direct sales experience. Strong experience and ability to sell new and recently introduced innovative life sciences instruments is required. Aggressive prospecting.
